A little about me and what I do:
I'm a Mental Health Clinician, Psychotherapist, and High Conflict Divorce Coach with the following certifications:

I primarily work with individuals or couples effected by past or present gaslighting, manipulation, victim-blaming and other tactics that abusers often use.
I also specialize in high conflict divorce at every stage, such as preparation, execution, and recovery.
My approach is straight forward and goal oriented. I provide empathy, validation and consistent encouragement in a safe and judgement free environment.
